Welcome to the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk. Our primary function is to establish, maintain, and keep all records of the court and the official court seal for the 7th Judicial Circuit. The Circuit Court Clerk serves as the administrative arm of the Court and is responsible for maintaining all civil, traffic, and criminal cases filed and heard in Scott County and all financial duties relating to Court system. The Clerk is required to attend all sessions of the Court, keep and preserve all records and files of the Court.
